XP無法連線
發現無法連上網路，網卡、設定都一切正常，但就是連不上網路。
看了事件檢視器裡的紀錄，有一些錯誤訊息。與 Network Location Awareness (NLA) 服務相依的 TCP/IP Protocol Driver 服務因下列錯誤而無法啟動: 系統找不到指定的文件。 由於下列錯誤，TCP/IP Protocol Driver 服務啟動失敗: 系統找不到指定的文件。%26nbsp;
執行 cmd%26gt; ipconfig/all
window ip conifguration an internal error occureed: no supported additionsl information :unable to query host nameXP系統主機，網卡安裝正常，但無法上網，重裝網卡和internet協議
cmd下運行ipconfig不顯示IP，出現一段出錯提示，其中一句提示為
unable to query host name
出現這種情況的時候網卡是正常的，但上網是不能上，原因是tcpip.sys丟失或損壞，
解決方法不一樣 tcpip.sys丟失：確認在system32\drivers\中不能找到tcpip.sys，
解決辦法是從安裝光碟的i386目錄下提取一個tcpip.sys
——用winrar打開tcpip.sy_並解壓到system32\drivers目錄下，
或者從其他機子上拷一個tcpip.sys到system32\drivers，重啟。
tcpip.sys損壞：直接刪除system32\drivers中的tcpip.sys，然後重啟，原來是因為Windows＼system32＼driver目錄下有個 tcpip.sys 檔案不見了的關係。從別台電腦copy tcpip.sys %26gt;Reboot %26gt; It%26#39;s OK
