建議的使用方式

每次使用前搖勻。保持蓋子禁閉。

首先，加入配方增強包中的成分，然後搖晃3-4秒。而且，每次使用前都要搖勻。使用2蓋本品能夠美白牙齒並且保持口氣清新。每天漱口幾次，徹底漱口至少60秒。每次使用後至少15分鐘後再開始進食。如果在HydroFloss中使用，使用2蓋。如果作為美白和根絕口氣以及解決口味問題而使用，每天按照以下步驟使用3次：

  1. 將適量的TheraBrite Plus牙膏擠在潔舌刷的邊緣。輕刷舌面6-8次，直至完全覆蓋舌面。不能用力刷。不需沖洗。
  2. 使用TheraBrite Plus牙膏徹底刷洗牙齒、舌頭、上顎以及面頰內側。用時大約兩分鐘。
  3. 吐出牙膏。然後，使用2蓋TheraBrite Plus含漱劑漱口90秒。不加水！
  4. 將牙線浸泡在TheraBrite Plus含漱劑中或TheraBrite Plus牙膏中，然後開始清潔。難以刷洗的部分可能是口氣和牙垢的來源。
  5. 使用2蓋TheraBrite Plus含漱劑漱口90秒。吐出後等待15分鐘再進食或飲用飲料，以達到最大吸收和美白效果。
